Michele or Drew will follow up 72 hours after the inspection to ensure you had exceptional service with GreenWorks. They will also be your point of contact for your HomeBinder account and your personal Home Assistant providing a neighborhood report, as well as finding the best deals and handling set up on all utilities for you, including water, internet, TV, security, electricity, gas, moving services and more.
HomeBinder
Your inspection includes a lifetime HomeBinder—a home management and document storage platform. And your home Inspection report is automatically uploaded to it. This account will also help you with appliance recalls, document storage, home inventory, and maintenance reminders.
HomeBinder Assistant
To make your moving experience easier, our team will function as your one point of contact for all necessary arrangements. We’ll get you the best deals and coordinate setup on Water, Internet, TV, Security, Electricity, Gas, and Moving services.
Repair Pricer
After your inspection, you get the report to understand the property’s condition and gauge required repairs. Coupling it with the Repair Pricer gives you an accurate estimate for each repair so you can decide which ones fit your budget and which you can relegate for later.

Water Quality Assessment
Michele or Drew will ensure your home water is safe with an Onit Water assessment, complementary to your home inspection—so you can ditch the bottled water for good.
This includes 8 tests with same-day results for Bromine, Chlorine, Nitrates, Water Hardness, Precipitate, Chromium, Heavy metals, and Soap Shaker test.

Professional termite inspections will preserve your wood and ensure its longevity. We offer a comprehensive termite risk assessment for your property.
