Structural Engineering Report Types

Foundation Investigation Report

For new home buyers or existing home owners concerned that repairs may need to be made to their foundation. Report determines foundation tolerance and recommended repairs as needed.

Foundation Verification Report

For clients who need to verify that a general contractor built or repaired foundation in accordance with a foundation plan or foundation repair plan created by a structural engineer. For a new foundation, this must occur pre-pour. For foundation repair, this must occur after repairs are complete.

Foundation Adequacy Report

For clients who need to verify, at minimum, that their existing foundation can withstand additional engineered solutions.

Structural 360 Report

For new home buyers or existing home owners concerned that repairs may need to be made to their framing or foundation. Main structural components discovery and report of findings.

Mobile Home Letter

For clients purchasing or refinancing a mobile home through an FHA or HUD loan. Letter provides verification that requirements are met for loan.

Residential Remodel Report

For home owners interested in remodeling their home where walls will be moved or removed within the existing structure. Typical for load bearing wall determinations.

Residential Addition Report

For homeowners interested in building additional living space, either upward or outward, onto an existing home. Asseses framing and foundation adequacy for additional loads.

Framing Verification Report

For clients who need to verify that a general contractor built or repaired framing in accordance with a framing plan or framing repair plan created by a structural engineer. Must occur pre-sheetrock when the framing is still visible.

Framing Assessment Report

For clients who suspect the framing of their home may require repairs. This is specified as a general framing assessment. Usually ordered after a damaging event or if visible signs of damage exist.

Damaged Retaining Wall Report

For clients who suspect that their existing damaged retaining wall requires repairs.

Miscellaneous Structural Engineer Report
