 Experience: Richard started inspecting with GreenWorks in 2018. Since that time he has inspected countless homes in the central Texas area. Richard has trained several inspectors over the years to grow the Austin/San Antonio market and is the Market Leader over numerous inspectors for central Texas.

Interests: Richard enjoys playing music, wood working, and building all kinds of electrical and mechanical devices. The desire to learn how things work has been invaluable as a home inspector, as understanding the fundamentals of construction, plumbing, electrical, etc helps him communicate any issues to the client.
