Protect Your Investment with Thorough Property Inspections by Experts You Can Trust

Sewer Line Inspections
A sewer line inspection is quite possibly one of the most important auxiliary services you can ask for—since sewer lines are completely out of sight, this is the only way to know if hidden problems exist that may cost upwards of tens of thousands of dollars to fix! By identifying potential problems early on, our professional inspectors can help you take proactive measures to avoid these costly repairs and damages. Don’t underestimate the importance of a sewer inspection—it could be the key to protecting your property, and your wallet.
Pool And Spa Inspections
Are you already imagining yourself in your new home, relaxing by the pool on a hot summer’s day? Well, you might not be so relaxed if your pool ends up needing thousands of dollars of repairs before it can be used—don’t forget to request a pool and spa inspection when scheduling! GreenWorks inspectors operate according to NSPF and CPO standards and provide an overview of the pool’s exterior and visible areas, including equipment and electrical components. Our inspectors are trained to make home buyers/sellers aware and detect potential issues that could end up being costly.

Infrared Inspection
Unless you can hire Superman to do your inspection and see through walls, then an Infrared (thermal imaging) Inspection from GreenWorks is your next best choice. While not actually “seeing through walls,” our state-of-the-art infrared cameras can help discover hidden problems. Thermal Imaging is just one of the tools our inspectors use to reveal what is typically invisible to the naked eye, providing property owners with a comprehensive understanding of their property’s condition. Some concerns that our infrared devices have helped identify previously, include:
- Identifying moisture intrusion entry points
- Locating areas of energy loss
- Finding abandoned/disconnected ventilation ducts
- Revealing missing or poorly insulated areas
GreenWorks–Your Trusted Partner For Auxiliary Inspection In Texas
Septic Inspection
During a plumbing inspection, our inspector will test the interior plumbing to ensure there are no slow or backed-up drains. They will also visually inspect the lid and tank. If your system is aerobic, we will test the pump and ensure that the heads are working correctly. We will also use a sludge judge to test scum/sled and water levels. Finally, we will visually inspect the drain field for any signs of issues.
Please note that we do not perform invasive inspections such as pumping or dye testing of the interior of the tank or drain field. Ensure the proper functioning of your plumbing system with a professional inspection. Contact us today to schedule an appointment.

Water Well Inspection
Knowing what’s in your water is crucial for your health and safety. Our certified inspectors can help you identify any issues or contaminants in your water well. Our inspectors are trained to spot signs of issues, such as rusting, damaged electrical wires, and leaks. Additionally, they conduct a comprehensive water test that meets EPA standards to determine if your water is potable (drinkable).
Our water test covers 13 contaminants, including lead, pesticides, iron, pH (acidity), and more. Don’t take chances with your water quality – schedule a water well inspection with our team today. Contact us to learn more about our services and to book an appointment.

Asbestos Inspection
Our inspectors can evaluate your property to determine whether asbestos is present and assess the level of risk involved. It’s important to note that visual identification alone isn’t enough to determine the presence or absence of ACM. Only an asbestos test, which involves a sampling and laboratory analysis of the materials, can accurately identify and quantify asbestos fibers in building materials.

Lead Inspection
If your home was built before 1978, there is a possibility that lead paint was used, whether on the interior or exterior of the home. As lead paint ages, it begins to crack and chip—or in areas that rub like windows and doors, it can produce fine dust. This may present a health risk if accidentally ingested or inhaled. The risk increases if you are planning renovations that would disturb the surfaces and increase airborne lead particles.
Our certified lead inspectors are equipped with a specialized X-ray fluorescence (XRF) Analyzer which can scan through multiple layers of paint to determine if any previous layer contains lead. They will test up to 200+ areas on the interior and even the exterior of your home—important information to have! You will receive your inspection results and a written report the day after the inspection. Schedule your XRF Appointment today!
