What Michael Craycraft’s DFW Titan 100 Honor Means for GreenWorks Clients
Most leaders measure success purely by business growth. At GreenWorks, leadership has always been focused on something deeper.
That focus just earned Michael Craycraft, our President of Service, a spot in the 2026 Dallas-Fort Worth Titan 100, a program recognizing the region’s top 100 CEOs and C-level executives. For our team, it is more than an individual milestone; it validates our mission of building a resilient organization from the inside out.
“Success isn’t measured by what you build — it’s measured by the people you build along the way.” — Michael Craycraft
What the Titan 100 Recognizes
The Titan 100 program runs in 12 U.S. markets and honors the top CEOs and C-suite leaders in each region every year. 2026 is the first year it has come to Dallas-Fort Worth.
The inaugural DFW class was announced in July. Honorees were celebrated on October 7, 2026, at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory in Irving. Together, the 100 honorees and their companies generate more than $53 billion in annual revenue and employ over 163,000 people.
Michael was named alongside leaders from healthcare, technology, hospitality, finance, and nonprofits. His selection puts the inspection and property services industry in that same conversation.
From Home Inspection Firm to Full-Service Property Partner
GreenWorks did not set out to stay a traditional home inspection company. Under Michael’s leadership, we made a deliberate choice to grow into a diversified inspection, engineering, and assessment organization.
Today that means one team can handle:
- Home, commercial, and new construction inspections
- Structural and civil engineering and design
- Environmental testing and consulting, including mold, radon, asbestos, and water quality
- Energy assessments, sewer inspections, and specialty programs
- HomePro Connect support after the inspection, including Repair Estimate Reports, utility setup, and a vetted network of local contractors
That shift made us more than a one-time vendor. Homeowners, investors, and real estate professionals now get one partner who can take them from the first inspection to the engineering answer they need next.
Built on Systems, Not Just Headcount
When demand grew, the easy move would have been to keep hiring and hope quality held. Michael chose to build systems strong enough to carry the weight instead.
That meant standardized training programs, performance scorecards, quality assurance processes, and leadership development. The result is consistency across multiple markets, so a GreenWorks inspection in one city meets the same bar as one in another.
Workflows got tighter. Technology was built into the process. And communication between our field teams and our clients became faster and more reliable.
Leadership That Shows Up in the Field
Michael’s personal mission is simple: help others become more effective so they can make a bigger impact on their lives, careers, and communities. Every coaching session and business decision runs through that filter, whether he is mentoring a new inspector or refining an operational process.
You will not find him leading from behind a desk. He coaches in the field, runs training sessions, works through problems next to our team, and celebrates wins at every level.
He also believes passion is built, not waited for. Teams mirror their leaders, so he holds himself to the same consistency he asks of everyone else. He keeps investing in leadership development, business strategy, and learning from strong leaders inside and outside our industry.
To Michael, people are not just completing jobs. They are building careers. Connecting daily work to a bigger mission is what keeps our whole organization moving forward.
Better Tools, Same Trusted Advisor
Michael sees the future of our industry belonging to companies that pair technology with human expertise. AI, automation, and data-driven decisions will change how inspections and property assessments get done.
But none of it replaces the trusted advisor who can read the findings, explain the risk, and build a real relationship with the client. That is why we invest in both. Our people get better tools so they can focus on higher-value work.
We also build clear career pathways. Team members can grow into leadership, step up to Executive Inspector, or move into new service lines as we expand.
What This Means for You
For Michael, the proudest moments have never been about closing deals or hitting revenue targets. They come from watching someone on the team gain confidence, step into leadership, or do something they once thought was out of reach.
That is exactly why this recognition matters to our clients. The inspector at your property was trained, coached, and held to a standard by a leader who believes great companies are remembered for the people they build.
Whether you are buying your first home, managing an investment portfolio, or guiding a client to closing, you get a team built to show up the same way every time.
Book your inspection with GreenWorks today and work with a team led by one of DFW’s top executives.
