From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough in his inspection. He took the time to carefully walk through every detail of the home, explaining his findings in a clear and approachable way. His expertise gave us great confidence in understanding both the strengths of the property, the areas that need immediate attention and the areas to keep in mind down the line. What impressed us most was his thoroughness—nothing was rushed or overlooked. He provided a detailed report within 24 hours that was easy to follow, complete with photos and helpful recommendations. It’s clear he truly cares about his work and about helping homeowners feel informed and confident in their decisions. Estimated time to complete inspection was 2.5-3 hours but Todd spent 4.5 hours inspecting our house and an additional 45 mins to walk through findings and troubleshoot/show us all his concerns.
